Ususally the postman only brings doom and gloom. Bills, bank statements, "want a loan/credit card?" letters, but not today!
Four things came today, all treats!
- My mum sent the Enchanted DVD - it only came out yesterday and we didn't see it at the cinema although we wanted to. We've watched it this afternoon and its fab, and obviously much needed in the second week of the Easter Holidays! Its one of those films that's just as good for the grown ups as it is for the kids. Thanks Mum!
- Tesco DVD rental sent us a Playstation game as part of a free trial - Sam hadn't been too impressed with Enchanted although he did keep watching it, despite trying hard not to watch a girls film (you can't impress all of the grandchildren all of the time) but was thrilled with the Fabulous Four game!
- Tesco (we love Tesco) sent us £50 of vouchers for buying their cheap car insurance last month.
- Comfort sent us 2 sachets of fabric softener...okay so this isn't THAT much of a treat, but its better than a bill! I'm easily pleased, cheap date, etc!!
