What are the traits of a great visiting teacher? Good listener? Reliability? Thoughtfulness? Or is it just cupcake perfection?

I think I am the most blessed member of RS to have the visiting teachers I've got and I'm NOT going to swap! Not only do Julie Gadsby and Rachel West come every month and inspire me and make me laugh, but sometimes they bring cakes!
