Crazy Horses!

Am I the only one who thinks a farmer is crazy to just let his horses and donkeys and cows wander up and down the pavements???

When Helen first moved to Burley and told me that she had pony's living near her house, isn't it natural of me to think they were inside a fence?

I honestly don't get it!
